The Husqvarna 353 is a professional chainsaw manufactured by the traditional Swedish company Husqvarna, which was founded in 1689. The Husqvarna 353 chainsaw is purpose-built for tough, continuous, heavy-duty work and finds application in forestry, construction, utilities, farms and even on private property. It is ideal for demanding tasks such as felling trees, chopping large and medium-sized logs and boards, as well as gardening and harvesting firewood.
This professional chainsaw weighs 5 kg without accessories and is powered by a two-stroke carburettor engine that delivers 3.2 hp thanks to the X-Torq system. This system reduces fuel consumption by up to 20% and ensures cleaner exhaust emissions (by up to 70%). The saw also has the Smart Start System, a decompression valve and an additional inertia spring on the hand starter, which make starting easier. The fuel mixture is pumped into the diaphragm carburetor by a fuel pump (primer).
The chainsaw is equipped with a three-part, forged crankshaft. The centrifugal, two-stage air cleaning (Air Injection) extends the service life of the air filter. The LowVib® damper anti-vibration system effectively protects the user from the negative effects of vibration. Chain lubrication is automatic and the amount can be set individually. When idling, the lubricant supply is interrupted thanks to the built-in Eco-pump system. This all contributes to making the Husqvarna 353 chainsaw a reliable and powerful tool for a wide range of tasks.
